I have failed in physics exam but due to two additional subject my result was passed in 2013. now what i have to do suggest me ?

I want to clear my physics exam now in 2015 what i do? do i fill compartment or improvement ? is am i eligible or not? i passed my 12 in 2013 having PCM with c+ & physical education but i failed in theory in physics .
