i have failed in two subjects and know i m thinking of giving exam from national board of examination tell me is this safe

i failed in two subjects physics and maths in 12th board and know i m thinking of giving exam of these two subjects from the "national board of examination" but i m not sure so plz tell me about this board and is this safe can i got admision in good college of architecture in sept .
