I have few doubts regarding MBA and PGDM Which one is better: MBA or PGDM and can I do PhD after PGDM?

1. MBA is a degree course, while
PGDBM is a diploma course.
2. MBA degree is provided by only those institutes that are affiliated to any university.they follow an academic curriculum as prescribed by the university
3. PGDBM courses are offered by private B-Schools that are not affiliated to any Uni

Phd is not allowes after doin PGDM. an MBA degee is needed.

generally foreign universities dont allow phd after PGDm as its a diploma course and not masters degree, but PGDM of IIMs is recognised and hence allowed Phd.
