I have filled out a form but that payment option was not there so I don't know whether that form is of admission form or not.

To add the Payment Card Details in Chrome, launch the chrome browser and tap on the three dots to view the options. Now, click on Settings & Payments. Click on Add Card and enter the details of the card such as CVV, Card number, expiry dates, billing address and then save the card.
