Hi, On basis of your Diploma, you will be eligible for Lateral entry in Mechanical engineering. B.Sc. Aviation is a different field, however if your marks are good, some universities may offer you the admission in the first year of B.Sc. I will however suggest you to stick to your core studies of

On the basis of Diploma Engineering course, you can join B.Tech Lateral courses as per your Diploma stream. While for B.Sc. Aviation the eligibility criteria is 12th with Physics and mathematics. Hence you can apply for B.Tech lateral course only.
