i have finished 12th but i am failed.i have finished diploma in hotel management.now i would like to do textile design,i can do that or not

i'm 21 years old i finished only 10th i would like to do fashion design,its possible to do that?

For any UG course you need to be atleast 12th pass with min. 50%
