Dear KAs, Its better to pursue your MBA into a distance learning by which you can select Accounting as a specialization. along with this your 12 years of work exp will add an advantage to your profile to become Accounts Manager. after having 12+ years experience its better to stay with same field.if have any accounts related experience then that would be fine.you have to start as a fresher.you can do some finance related courses and get in to that field.
