I have finished my graduation this year n which 1 year course is suitable before pursuing career in mba or banking?

i have done economic honours and my percentage was 70%. can you suggest any one year course as i do not want to drop one year. i am confused which is better for me mba or bank po exams.i want to do a course which is suitable for both banking and mba.
