i have flunked a year in engineering, and have an average of 53% i want to study MS in USA, Mech engg. what should i do? budget is priority

my acads are not great, but i am very interested in studying manufacturing in the US. i am confident my GRE score will be 315+. Budget is top priority. i am hoping to get an RA/TA or atleast a univ with less fees. what should i do?

Since your average marks are on the lesser side as of now, I would suggest that you complete your engineering from a college in India itself and then go to USA for higher course such as M.Tech. While in B.Tech / B.E. you must try to improve your percentage and in the meantine also speak to students
