I have full knowledge of computer science but I don't have 12th certificate. Can I pursue Bachelors course?

    Yes, he or she can get admission for B.Tech. But, for that you have to do Diploma of 2 years in same branch you want, then after Diploma course, you can directly get admission in 2nd year in same branch.
