You can get admission for B.Tech Marine Engineering. You have to give entrance for marine engineering course. If you score well in the entrance and if you are able to secure a score above the cut off then sure you can get admission.

Yes, you can get admission for B.Tech in Marine Engineering, as the criteria they want is 50% in class 10th and 60% in class 12th. All the best.
