You are in an early stage and so, you are certainly advantaged. Your work should move on steadily for the coming 5 years or so. Your improvement should. be in all sides. You should not ignore anything as unimportant. Improve your reading, writing and Study Skills.

study ncerts 6th to 12th mainly humanities plus class 11 and 12 eco and science 6 to 10

You will have to do graduation.. Since you have a commerce background you may opt for BCom

For IPS, you should have to appear UPSC Civil Services Examination and for that you need to be a graduate at least.

Hello Ajit, for appearing in IPS exam you should be graduate. So complete your graduation in the field of your interest.
