I have given class 12th exam this year and I am expecting 80%+ marks. Should I go for JEE coaching or not?

Going to a coaching institute or not is entirely your decision as per your confidence level and your preparation for the JEE exam. A crash course for a month or two followed by a good test series can be beneficial for you or if your basics are clear, then only a good test series must be enough.
