I have given exam of M.Com(Previous) Jan. 2010 from Vinayaka Missions University, Salem(Tamil Nadu) by the Distance Education. My Study Centre is Vinayaka Mission Institute of Techenology New Delh.(i am doing this course from Delhi.). Is it recongnised by DEC & UGC? Can DEC & UGC allow to Deemed University for outside ares for Distance Education? Would my degree genuine according to law?

Hi, the Vinayaka Missions University is a Deemed University established under Section 3 of UGC Act 1956. It is also approved by the Distance Education Council. Your M.Com from the Vinayaka Missions University is recognized and is a genuine degree. For more details of the university, you may check it
