I have given exams for B.A. Can i apply for MBA outside India? If yes then please tell me the procedure.

I did my 10+2 and then cleared the test for national defence academy but after 2 years i got medical problem and withdrawn from the academy. I tried to get addmission outside in final year but no university gave me addmission in final year. So i gave my BA exams in one sitting. Am i eligible now
