I have given IELTS twice & got overall 6 but 5 in one module, can I get a student visa for Canada or Australia?

I have got 62% in 12th arts and 76% in 10th.

Yes! If your academics, statement of purpose and letter of recommendation are good then nothing can stop you getting admission in any good university.
