There are lots of colleges in Mumbai which provide MBA programme, I would suggest go for N L Dalmia. It is one of the finest college in Mumbai. CMAT have ranked N L Dalmia on 7th position among Top MBA College in Mumbai. If you are planning for MBA in Finance, then N L Dalmia is the best. Admission in the College not only depends upon your MAT exam score but also how you perform in the GD and PI round. All the Best.

Hi Anmol, You have good score and fair chance of conversion. You should apply for N L Dalmia because Dalmia gives every applicant an equal chance to perform in GD/PI and confirm their admission. The admission process scores are weighted as follows-
    1. Entrance test score I. e. CAT or XAT or CMAT or MH-CET or MAT or ATMA Score (We will convert your percentile to our grading scale as per our admission criteria)-40
    2. Personal Interview-20
    3. Group Discussion-15
    4. Past Academic Record (10th,12th and graduation)-15 5. Work Experience
    6. Extracurricular activities (Sports or Cultural)- (At District/State/National level)-5
The total is 100. Log i

No, MAT scores are not compulsory for admissions to the PGDM course at ICBM-SBE, because the college also considers several other entrance exam scores for admissions to the PGDM course. The names of the accepted entrance exams are-  CAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ ATMA/ MAT/ GMAT/ State level entrance test. Thus, applicants with valid scores in MAT can get admission to the PGDM course. However, it is not compulsory.

Yes, it is possible to get an MBA seat at AURO University with a valid MAT score. The university accepts various national and state-level entrance tests for admission to the MBA programme. These exams are GCET, GMAT, CAT, CMAT and XAT. Apart from entrance test scores, students are required to submit an SOP and participate in GDPI round.

If you make an error in the educational qualifications section of the MAT form, you can typically make amends during the official correction period offered by AIMA. The correction period is open for a short time after the submission of the application. You can log in with your MAT account and edit the form, but not every field is editable, so check before you submit. If the correction period has closed, then you can contact AIMA support, but changes will not be guaranteed. It is always a good idea to save a copy of your original form for your reference.

The admission deadline for candidates interested in GITAM MBA admissions through the MAT exam is 15 - 22 September 2025. These dates are the last registration dates for the MAT PBT/CBT entrance exams. These dates are very close at this point of time. Hence, candidates who wish to apply for MBA admissions at GITAM are advised to register as soon as possible.

The admission process for both the MBA (General) and MBA (Dual-Specialisation) courses is the same. Admission to the MIT-WPU MBA course is entrance-based. Candidates need to appear in either CAT/XAT/NMAT/MAT/GMAT/MAH CET/PERA CET entrance exam and qualify for any one exam with a valid score. The final selection is based on the performance of candidates in the Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds, followed by other selection rounds.
