i have given my b. com final year exams from sol du now i confused about my further studies.

my result is awaited. some people suggest me to do pg diploma or pg certificate but the other suggested me to do post graduation what is the difference between these three terms - pg diploma, pg certificate, post graduation. which is more beneficial as a career option for me.
