I have given my class twelve with science streem and i ahv got a 44% in maths! i have taken up a ca form and wil gv cpt!wil i get through?

I got a 44% in maths in my ISC examination. I Want to change my stream. So i decided to do my b.com and ca side by side!..i took a form for CA and am preparing for my CPT exam? can i get through with my maths marks? if i qualify on paper??? and is there any way??doing B.Com would help me on ca?
