Hi Rajender,
If you are looking for really good Institutes then you have to appear for one or the other Entrance examination, be it CAT (which is one of the most popular Entrance accepted by most of the reputed Institutes), MAT, XAT etc.
Even the mid rung Private Institutes like Amity would requir

All the best colleges gives admission only on the basis of Entrance Test for MBA, so instead of joining the college having poor Infrastructure and faculty, it is better to prepare for next year entrance examination and join some good college.
