I have given the final semester exams of B.Sc. IT. What should I do next?

I suggest you to study further. Master's is the best course you can opt. or else you can go with integrated Ph.D which offers dual degree at some time (Masters and Ph.D). You can fight exams called IIT JAM, GATE etc. to get admission in the best institutes of India (IITs, IISc, NITs etc. ).

Thank you for this, but to be frank enough, I am an average guy and can't study for such LIT exams.
