i have given with a percentile of 69.32 should i apply for bimm ??? and what is a chance of getting selected ???

69.32 in which entrance exam ? Only 30% weigtage is given to your GD PI score, the rest depends on how you perform in yourGD PI. I'll suggest you to read a lot of GK stuff to prepare for your GD PI. You'll have a good chance if you perform well in your GD PI. All the bebest
