I have got 10 points/970 marks in 12th from AP board. Can I get admission in BITS without giving BITSAT?

Boards marks are nothing to do with admission in BITSAT but one should have at least 60% PCM marks. You have to give BITSAT exam to get admission in BITS, otherwise, it is not possible unless you are a state topper. -
