To become IES officer, I need which branch of engineering.

    No, with this score you cannot take admission in any government college of Uttar Pradesh because the counselling process in UP is through UPTU entrance exam. If you are interested to get admission in a top state government college of India by counselling then you should have a rank under 2 lakh in JEE Mains.
