I have got 10269 rank in JEE Mains 2019 and 97.3% in 12th. Which top government engineering colleges can I get? I reside in Odisha.

You have to appear for JEE Mains to get admission in government colleges. Admission in government colleges is only on the basis of JEE Mains marks. If you have scored good marks then you will get a government college. You can get any private college on the basis of your 12th marks.
