I have got 104806 rank in JEE Mains. Which top colleges can I get for CSE?

They have their different criteria for admissions. Some offer admission on basis of JEE scores, some offer admission on basis of their own tests and some offer admission on the basis of both. Some even offer direct admission on basis of your marks in class 12th. Some of the universities also offer scholarships on basis of your performance in class 12th or JEE or even during the course. You can get admission in good private college. You should try for Nirma University where you have to fill up an online application form available on the website then you will be shortlisted according to your score in class 12th and JEE. There may be chances to get admission here.
