I have got 10903 rank in EAMCET. I am an OC Girl with special reservation (NCC). Can I get a seat in JNTU, Kakinada for CSE?

Yes, You will get seat in CSE for sure. But, you have to submit your NCC certificates Compulsory. Without NCC or other reservation, an OC candidate cannot get a seat for 10000 rank, It should be around 1000 atleast.
