I have got 1114 rank in IPU CET MBA. Can I get admission for MBA in RDIAS?

Hopefully yes, by second round, second shift.
Last year, the cutoff for general category was in the range 1210-1841.
So keeping up with the trends, this year also with slight variation, you'll be able to clear the cutoff by the second list itself.

Not entirely sure, because your rank is in the margin between both the shifts. So, let's hope for the best and probably you might get into first shift itself.
