I have got 12370 general rank in JEE Mains paper 2. Am I eligible for JoSAA counselling?

Every student who has cleared JEE Mains is eligible for JOSAA counselling. The cutoff is the only eligibility.

Sorry to tell you, but this score is actually not really matching with JoSAA. So it is better you keep alternative and try for JoSAA.
