I have got 136 marks in jee main and 91% in cbse and fall under defence quota . which nit should i prefer and also tell me can i get pec.

You have good marks to get admission in NIT but which one, difficult to tell unless you apply. Most preferred are Allahabad, Jalandhar, Suratkal, Jaipur and Bhopal.
