I have got 13842 integrated rank in Andhra Pradesh ECET. Is it good rank or not. Am I eligible for B.Tech?

The rank is good but you need to look for last years cutoff and this years cutoff.

The rank you have scored is good enough. You can be selected in ECET Andhra Pradesh.
