I have got 13k rank in COMEDK and I am fond of programming and development. Is NIE, Mysore good to pursue CSE/ISE?

Yes, it's a good college in Mysore. It comes under top 10 colleges in Karnataka. If you get the seat in NIE, don't think more. All the best.
