I have got 145 marks in JEE Mains and my rank is 4700 under OBC category. Can I get admission for civil in NIT Warangal?

    Dear,
    Please refer NIT, Warangal's official website. They have provided opening and closing rank of each department as well as per the quota. By referring that you can expect your admission chances. Please don't consider that the cutoff will be same for this year too. It changes every year but there is not much difference.

    Go for chemical engineering, instead of civil. Civil engineering has less opportunities compared to chemical and chemical has good placements and good future

    It is very hard to get civil engineering in NIT-Warangal with this rank. Last year, the cut-off in the 7th round for civil was nearly 3900. So, the increase of 800 rank is very hard. So, go for other colleges like NIT-Allahabad, NIT-Jamshedpur, NIT-Rourkela, NIT-Jaipur or NIT-Durgapur. IIEST, Shibpur is also a good option for civil engineering.
