I have got 14795 rank in WBJEE and my category is OBC but I am not from WB. Can I get CSE or mechanical in Heritage?

See, the problem is that an OBC certificate of students of other state is not valid in Bengal. You will have to be an OBC of Bengal to have the benefits. And, sorry to say but with this rank you will not get Heritage. But you there are many other colleges. You can try for them too. Thank You.
