I have got 15 percentile in CAT. Which top colleges can accept my score in Bangalore?

I got 73% in 10th, 74% in 12th and 61% in my graduation from SC category.

This is a very low score, it will be very difficult to get into good B-School of Bangalore. You can apply through scores of other entrance exams.
