Yes. you will get the admission. Cutoff for 2016, Gen was 155, for OBC, it was 142 and for SC/ST, it was 126. l am not sure about SC/ST.
Cutoff for 2017: Gen was 132-135. You have a chance to get admission. Good luck.

Yes, you can get CSE in JEC. Your marks are good. Cutoff for last year i.e. 2017 was 132-135 marks. You have to apply through Assam CEE. Link of College is below they have mentioned the details about Eligibility and other details. Please go through College's Website. It has details of how to apply.
