COEP is Maharashtra's best college. Walchand is also a very good college if you want particular branch and you are not getting in COEP then you should go for Walchand, but I think you should always think for COEP since you will get more industry oriented knowledge and also in Pune there are various

I would say COEP Electrical. The reasons being: - 1. COEP ranking is much better. 2. Is best college in Maharashtra if IITB is not considered. 3. Atmosphere is really good.
