I have got 154 marks in jee mains paper 2 and I am a muslim women . So will I get admission in jamia.

It is almost not possible with these marks to get into JMI.
Though JMI has special reservations for Muslim women, still the number of seats is very less. You should expect a seat with your category with around 220+ marks according to 2017 cutoffs.

Sorry to say but 154 marks will not even get you shortlisted for the spot round, even if you are a Muslim OBC.
For the year 2017, the last round (before the spot round) closed at 226 for Muslim women. -
