Hello, hope you are doing well. No , you are not able to get vaishnav college with 17 marks in jee for mechanical Engeineering branch. you can take the admission in Chameli devi group of Institutions , indore institute of Science and technology , Swami Vivekanand college , BM college . Try for this colleges .
Additionally vaishnav started their own examination and ia now a University.
