I have got 170 cutoff. Can I get admission in a college for B.Tech?

Well, you can get a NIT college, but any NIT, any branch depends on various factor like:- (I) Your caste :- yes, Getting a good NIT in 170 marks is highly depends on your caste whether you are SC ST OBC or General category. SC and ST students can easily get a good NIT and may be Top NIT. OBC student
