i have got 170 marks in b-arch aieee exam 2012..can i get a good government college in kerala or maharshtra,karnataka through aieee quota?

i have got in aieee(b-arch) 170,overall all india rank:12380,open category overall all india:8977, state rank(maharashtra) overall:1120,and in open category:843......will i get a good government arch college in maharashtra,kerala or karnataka in aieee quota......or spa in above states???
