I have got 172 in my JEE paper 2 and 91.4% in my 12th boards. So where should I apply for my B.Arch course? Can I get admission in NIT?

There are chances that you might get into one of the NIT's, maybe NIT Hamirpur or NIT Raipur. There closing rank goes sufficiently far every year to fetch you a seat. So, go ahead for the counselling. Moreover, there is always a change every year but you can try at least.
