I have got 18013 rank in ipucet for btech.I am an outside Delhi candidate and obc.which college I may get in ip?

It;s difficult to get a seat in IPU Delhi with this rank and since you're outside Delhi candidate, I suggest you to prefer some other non-Delhi institute. There are very less chances of getting admission in IPU Delhi but u should keep an eye on the counseling schedule. U have a very low rank, so u will not be getting any seat in IPU, Delhi . but for u'r category u can take the admission in any other college of lower category.
