I have got 18089 OBC rank in UPSEE. What are my chances to get admission for CSE here? Does it have management quota?

    There are low chances that you can get CSE in KIET. You can try for other colleges if you are sure to go with CSE in AKTU. For admission you can visit on college's websites and apply for the vacant seats.

    As your rank is not so good in UPSEE, and you want to get CS, which is a highly demanded branch, your chances of getting admission are very less.
    But still, you can get admission through management quota.
