I have got 186 marks in UPSEE. Can I get a government college for engineering?

Dear. Your marks is very low. No chance for government and top private colleges. I will suggest you to take admission in UCER Allahabad. -
Your marks 168 out of 600 is less and your general rank may be 100000. It is no chance for government and good private college. You may try Bundelkhand University, LU and other university check UPSEE website and their closing rank of previous years.
