    One option is for Bit dubai I think which has cutoff like 150 to 160 only. Or you should apply for Good Private college in India suitable for travelling to home.

    Unfortunately, with that score, there is no scope for admission in BITS. You can check their previous years' cutoffs on their website. But other options for admission on the basis of JEE and other entrance exams are open for you.
    Or you can try for the exam next year.
