I have got 19k rank in IPU CET. Which colleges can I get for doing B.Tech?

If you can drop a year and have good enough confidence that you will make it. Surely, you should drop. As I am a 2 year dropper and I am in a good college having fee waiver sheet. So, it's totally upto you, if you thought you can do it, do it.

I think, you should drop dude if you are interested in B.Tech. Because if you are not in a good college B.Tech will be just a degree for you. So, if just passed your 12th, go and find some good coaching classes and start studying.
