There is no college you can get, as all the colleges through OBC quota close under 1500 rank and a marks of 223+.

Your rank is good but this is not enough for getting NIT, you can go for best private universities like DIT University, DY Patil, etc. You also try for JMI University, Delhi. Best of luck.
