I have got 2662 general and 462 girls rank in UPTU for lateral entry. Can I get admission in a govt. college or BIET, Jhansi for B.Tech?

There is only 70% chance for BIET-Jhansi at this rank, I think your rank should be around 150 for lateral entry.
