I have got 29000 rank in VIT test. Can I get admission in Vellore and Chennai University?

Yes you can get admission in Vellore or Chennai. But, you won't get CSE in Vellore, and if you do get it in Chennai, it will in category 4 mostly. You can get courses in Chennai campus like EEE, ECM or Civil.

In that much rank, you will get Vellore and Chennai campus but I think, counselling is already over. So, contact the management and there are any seats left.

Yes. However, you'll get most branches Category 2 upwards.
